By the end of our Pastry course, you will have created three different types of pastry from scratch, including a beautifully risen rough puff pastry encasing a delicious chicken and wild mushroom filling, a savoury shortcrust tart packed with flavour and the perfect sweet sable pastry for an all-time classic, tarte au citron.
