Weber Barbecue Classics
Now a Weber academy, our introductory Weber course will allow you to become a confident master of the barbecue! Learn the essential barbecue basics including lighting, temperature control and recognising when your food is barbecued to perfection.
With expert help from our Cookery School Tutor, over the course of 4 hours you will use Weber’s lid-on technique on both charcoal and gas barbecues to cook a range of barbecue classics. Set in our outdoor courtyard, this class will include the preparation of your own juicy ‘black bun burger’, learning how to cut and portion a whole chicken which you will then use to create a succulent barbecued chicken dish. Alongside this, Marc will demonstrate the potential to expand your barbecue repertoire with a famed ‘beer chicken’ dish to share and delight others.

Weber Essentials
This course enables you to use the Weber way of cooking to explore the range of possibilities open to you on the barbecue - those that exceed the ‘traditional’ associated barbecue foods of sausages and burgers! Whilst you will develop the key skills required to successfully work the barbecue such as lighting and temperature control, the Essentials Course will teach you how to use Weber’s renowned “lid-on” barbecue technique, to not only grill, but to roast, smoke and bake.
Set in our outdoor courtyard, over the course of 4 hours you will learn how to perfect steaks, roasts, pizzas and even cakes.
