Changes to our Site

We may update our Site from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our Site may be out of date at any given time, and We are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that our Site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.
Changes to our terms

We reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to these terms at any time without notice by posting the changes on this page. You agree that Splendid hospitality Group will treat Your continued use of the Site as acceptance of these terms as may be amended from time to time.

THE BOOKING
All Bookings are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND THESE GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS and must come via (an online or telephone) completed Booking Form. Upon receipt of the completed Booking Form, will dispatch a Booking Notice Confirmation confirming all the Booking details and any details regarding payment. Once the Booking Notice Confirmation is sent, a legally valid and enforceable Agreement will exist between Splendid Hospitality and You. Where You are more than one person then all of the obligations and liabilities of those persons to Splendid Hospitality Group hereunder shall be joint and several. Each Guest must read the Class Description on the Site carefully and ensure that they agree with and understand the Terms.

Group Bookings
The Guest making the Booking must be eighteen (18) years of age or more at the time of Booking and will be responsible for ensuring that all of the members of their party fully observe these Terms.

All bookings
Upon making the Booking online and upon receipt of the Booking Notice Confirmation, it is Your responsibility to check all the details carefully and to notify Splendid Hospitality Group of any errors within twenty-four (24) hours as mistakes cannot always be rectified, or immediately if there are four (4) Weeks or fewer to run before the start date of the Booking Period.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY YOU
If you need to cancel or change your in-school booking you must notify The Grand, which can be by email or telephone. Cancellations made up until one (1) month prior to the event start date may be rescheduled or refunded without any extra charge. Cancellations made within one (1) month of the event start date, up until one (1) week prior may be rescheduled with an admin fee of £20 per person. Cancellations made within one (1) week of the event start date are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. 

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY Splendid Hospitality Group
Splendid Hospitality Group reserves the right to cancel the Booking at the request of Splendid Hospitality Group due to circumstances beyond Splendid Hospitality Group’s control (or where it is suspected that a Booking has been made fraudulently). In the unlikely event that Splendid Hospitality Group needs to cancel the Booking, Splendid Hospitality Group shall provide Written Notice to You (which may be by email) as soon as is reasonably practicable and provide you with an alternative class date free of charge. If specifically requested by You, we will refund any Booking Fees in full. This is Your sole remedy in such an event. Payment will be either by cheque, bank transfer or We will credit the card used to make the original payment.
